Ideas in comfort food, take 2
You see, after following their blog for years and waiting for the right opportunity to come along, I finally get to eat a meal prepared by Ideas in Food (or, at least, half of the team) tonight at Atelier restaurant in Ottawa.
So, for fun, I made the Ideas in Food macaroni and cheese again last night, this time with Emmental and cheddar, and mixed in some sausage right before topping and broiling it. It was just as easy and delicious as the first time, though I imagine slightly more homestyle than what’s being prepared tonight.
